Haryana Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Sandeep Sharma, who died by suicide on Tuesday, had alleged that the men appointed by late IPS officer Y Puran Kumar sexually harassed women police officers. ASI Sandeep claimed these men used to threaten women with punitive transfers and added that IPS Puran was "very arrogant," who believed he would be freed in minutes.
