National Conference (NC) leader Omar Abdullah has said that he's not staking a claim as the CM of Jammu and Kashmir. "It's for the alliance and...elected members to decide who they feel should lead...[for] the next five years, and that is as far as I'm willing to go," he added. The NC-Congress alliance won 48 Assembly seats in Union Territory.
