Centre's panel on Delhi-NCR air quality has announced the imposition of GRAP stage-4 restrictions from Monday as the air quality turned 'severe plus' in the national capital. Under GRAP-4, there will be restrictions on entry of trucks, BS-IV and Medium Goods Vehicle (MGV), Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) will also be restricted. Construction and demolition activities will be banned.
