Ahead of second phase of Bihar elections on November 11, officials said border points along the India-Nepal border have been sealed for 72 hours. "From a security point of view, we’ve halted movement across the border. It will remain closed from November 8 to November 11 till 6 pm," officials added. The poll results will be announced on November 14.
