Dr Christopher J Allen, a sleep doctor, shared how 8 hours of sleep don't always correlate with sound sleep. "You don't need more sleep...You need better sleep," he said, listing nervous system dysregulation, hidden sleep disorders and too much screen time before bed as reasons. He advised talking to bed partner to check for snoring or tracking sleep with apps.
