Speaking about the exclusion of wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson from India’s ODI squad for the series against Australia, former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif said that leaving out Samson was a wrong decision. "Sanju usually plays in the lower order...[and] he is a much better option than [wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv] Jurel," Kaif added. Notably, Jurel has been named in India’s ODI squad.
