Music composer and singer Anu Malik and his wife Anju have sold two flats in Khushi Belmondo, located in Mumbai's Santacruz West. The properties were sold for a combined total of ₹14.49 crore. The flats are situated on same floor and have a total built-up area of approximately 2,515 sq ft. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹86.91 lakh.
