The security forces are investigating whether Adeel Majeed Rather, doctor arrested from Saharanpur, operated a honeytrap syndicate and assisted a Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) module, officials said. The investigators recovered 14 phones from Rather's residence containing photos and video call records with multiple Kashmiri women. Rather was arrested on November 6, days before the Red Fort car blast.
