Mumbai Police have filed an FIR against Marcellus Investment Managers CFO Pankaj Gupta for allegedly diverting company funds worth ₹1.18 crore for personal use. Confirming the same, the firm said that Gupta was terminated immediately from his position. While Gupta acknowledged the misappropriation, he allegedly warned of "possible self-harm if strict action" was pursued, Moneycontrol reported.
