The Delhi High Court, while refusing to quash criminal proceedings against Jacqueline Fernandez, said she concealed information and tried to mislead the probe. The court stated Jacqueline initially denied knowing actual name of Sukesh but admitted it later. Fernandez had sought to quash proceedings in connection with a ₹200-crore money laundering case, involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar.
