India has begun deploying made-in-India portable disaster hospitals near border areas amid escalating tensions with Pakistan, News18 reported. The world's first disaster hospital can be fitted in 72 cubes and can be airlifted. The government has started training doctors to use this cube-style hospital which contains an operation theatre, mini-ICU, ventilator, X-ray machine, among other things.
