A 56-year-old Japanese millionaire named Koichi Matsubara, who earns 30 million yen (over ₹1.8 crore) yearly from rent and investments, insists on working as a janitor. Matsubara cleans public areas and does basic maintenance in a block of flats in Tokyo, The Gold Online reported. He earns just ₹60,000/month from his janitor work, which he does to stay healthy.
