Bihar will witness the shortest Assembly elections in over two decades. The election will be held in two phases, on November 6 and 11. The polling was conducted in four phases in 2005, six in 2010, five in 2015, and three in 2020. The capabilities of the Election Commission of India and its officials have increased, CEC Gyanesh Kumar said.
