Lakshmi Mittal, the billionaire Chairman of steelmaker ArcelorMittal, has left the UK amid reports that the government plans to raise taxes on super-rich, The Sunday Times reported. Mittal will now spend much of his time in Dubai, where he has a mansion. He is one of the UK's richest individuals with a wealth of around $21 billion, as per Forbes.
