Forum for IT Employees (FITE) has claimed that a techie, who had worked at TCS for 13 years, was forced to resign by the firm in 30 minutes. The employee was also asked to pay ₹60,000 for the health insurance that TCS had paid for. He was also denied severance pay and received only three months' gross salary.
