A Gurugram resident has sent a legal notice to Haryana DGP OP Singh over his remarks that "goons" drive Thar SUV and owning the vehicle "shows their mindset". Sarvo Miter, who's also a Thar owner, said Singh's comment had "no factual basis or justification" and caused "grave" damage to his reputation. Miter asked Singh to tender an "unconditional written apology".
