The father of the RG Kar Medical College rape and murder victim reacted after a student of a private medical college in West Bengal was allegedly dragged and raped outside the college campus on Friday night. "They are doctors, first-class citizens of society, and they (government) cannot ensure their safety....If they can't protect them, they should resign," he said.
