The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has given approval to ED to prosecute AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to Delhi's liquor policy scam. This development came after Delhi LG Vijay Kumar Saxena gave his nod to prosecute Kejriwal in the case. ED had earlier said that Kejriwal is a "kingpin" in the liquor policy scam.
