The world's first living computer made by Swiss startup FinalSpark has gone global, with at least 10 universities worldwide collaborating with it. The computer runs on 'bioprocessors', which are clusters of neurons called organoids that perform simple computational tasks. The brain organoids are created from human skin cells, reprogrammed into stem cells, and then developed into neurons.
