Union Minister Piyush Goyal launched India’s Unified Payments Interface (UPI) at the Lulu Hypermarket in Qatar's Doha. Qatar has become the eighth country to accept the National Payments Corporation of India-developed UPI payment system. "This launch is a game-changer for digital connectivity and ease of payments, reflecting India's commitment to facilitating cross-border commerce," Goyal said.
