Israeli authorities said they killed three Palestinian militants during an operation in the northern part of West Bank. Israeli forces said they shot at the militants who were planning attacks in Jenin refugee camp area. Last week, Israel's parliament gave preliminary approval to a bill applying Israeli law in West Bank which is claimed by Palestinians for statehood.
