Infosys Co-founder Narayana Murthy has said he was disappointed with India's shift from a six-day work week to five-day work week back in the 1980s. Stating that he does not believe in work-life balance, Murthy added, "In this country we need to work hard. There is no substitute for hard work even if you are the most intelligent guy."
