A video has surfaced purportedly showing moments before an accident in Dehradun that claimed lives of six students and left one critically injured. The footage shows the friends partying, with some holding glasses and dancing. It's believed to have been recorded shortly before they departed in an Innova, which later collided with a truck at speed of over 100 kmph.
