Advocate Priyadharshni Rahul, who represented Tamil Nadu's Thiruchendurai village as a petitioner, said a farmer suffered a heart attack after Waqf claimed the property he wanted to dispose of for his daughter's wedding. She revealed this while welcoming the Supreme Court's order, which stayed some of the provisions of the Waqf Amendment Act.
