Talking about PM Narendra Modi's Manipur visit, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said, "Your 3-hour PIT STOP in Manipur is not compassion...it's a grave insult to wounded people." Kharge said PM's roadshow in Imphal and Churachandpur was a cowardly escape from hearing cries of people in relief camps. "Your 'Double Engine' has bulldozed the innocent lives of Manipur," he added.
