A video has shown US President Donald Trump shaking hands with Chinese President Xi Jinping for 27 seconds, during their first face-to-face meeting since 2019. They met in South Korea at APEC summit where Trump decided to lower tariffs on China from 57% to 47%. "He's a very tough negotiator. That's not good," said Trump, laughing and shaking Xi's hand.
