Dr Alok Chopra, a renowned cardiologist from Delhi, shared healthier sweet and snack options for Diwali. He suggested having homemade besan laddoo with A2 ghee and organic jaggery instead of market boondi laddoo. He also suggested pistachio and rose coconut bites with date puree, and roasted nut and seed mix instead of deep-fried namkeen.
