Two women alleged that they weren't allowed to cast their votes at a polling booth in Patna during first phase of voting in Bihar Assembly elections. The women claimed that booth-level officer (BLO) didn't give them a voter slip when they reached the booth. Responding to the allegations, District Administration Patna said, "Voter Information Slip isn’t required for casting vote."
