An ad by edtech firm Physics Wallah showed six Scorpios without any registration plates being driven off-road through the sensitive Baderkote forest near Gulmarg in Kashmir, sparking outrage. A forest official filed an FIR, alleging damage to flora and violation of Indian Forest Act, 1927, and the Forest Conservation Act, 1980. Police have registered cases for mischief and criminal trespass.
