Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai said that judges are aware of the misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. "We have seen our morphed pictures too," CJI Gavai said while hearing plea seeking formulation of legal or policy framework to govern use of Generative AI (GenAI). He added that call on framing policy should come from executive.
