A Noida family was duped of over ₹1 crore after they were kept under 'digital arrest' for five days by unknown people who posed as government officials, said police. A person claiming to be IPS officer called, accusing the complainant of extorting money. He was threatened that if he didn't pay the amount, he and his family would be arrested.
