Pakistan is expected to get the AIM-120 Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) from the US amid improving ties between the two countries, according to an arms contract recently notified by the US Department of War. The missiles are only compatible with the F-16s in Pakistan Air Force service. It is not clear how many missiles Pakistan will receive.
