Sukhdev Pehalwan, one of the convicts in the Nitish Katara murder case, has died in an accident in Uttar Pradesh's Kushinagar, months after he was released from prison after serving a 20-year sentence. He died in a head on collision involving his two-wheeler and an SUV. The Supreme Court had ordered his release in July this year.
