SEBI chief Madhabi Puri Buch has been cleared by Parliament's Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in relation to allegations levelled by Hindenburg Research and Congress, India Today reported. PAC found nothing incriminating and Buch will continue her tenure, which ends in February 2025. Allegations of financial misconduct and conflict of interest were levelled against her.
