Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury, a former minister in the ousted Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina's cabinet, said that the Bangladesh government interim head Muhammad Yunus does not have any political clout. "He is taking this stand against India to stir up regional instability and hostility between the two neighbours to get him some kind of political legitimacy," Chowdhoury added.
