Reema Chawla filed case against Apple after her iPhone 14 Plus became non-functional following software update and entered a boot loop, causing data loss. The service centre staff couldn't fix issue and allegedly demanded ₹47,400 for repairs and ₹74,500 for unit exchange. Advocate Prashant Nayak said, "Apple is compromising on quality and pushing consumers to buy new iPhones every year."
