A row erupted over 'Bitcoin scam' after former IPS officer Ravindranath Patil alleged that NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule and Congress leader Nana Patole used 2018 cryptocurrency fraud case fund in Maharashtra polls. Later, BJP released two purported voice notes claiming that it had voice of Sule and Patole conspiring to encash Bitcoins. However, Sule and Patole refuted all allegations.
