Activist Sonam Wangchuk was in touch with a Pakistan intelligence operative (PIO) in the past, who was allegedly sending information to Pakistan, Ladakh DGP SD Singh Jamwal said. Jamwal stated that PIO was arrested and added that "there's a big question mark" on Wangchuk, as he attended a Dawn event in Pakistan. Wangchuk was arrested after violent protests in Ladakh.
