Over 500 people were detained in overnight raids across Jammu and Kashmir following an attack in Kulgam district that claimed life of a retired Army personnel. The raids were conducted to prevent any terrorist attacks as authorities received inputs of more such activities planned for the future. The retired Army personnel was sitting near his home when he was shot.
