TMC MP Mahua Moitra said a dog she rescued died of cardiac arrest in UP's Noida "due to explosive non-stop banned firecrackers". Asking Noida Police to enforce a ban on the firecrackers, she said, "This is murder...Shameful." The alleged incident took place at Smart Sanctuary animal shelter where the dog, named Guddu, was staying, The Free Press Journal reported.
