Amid counting of votes for Delhi Assembly elections, the Election Commission's data showed Congress leading on zero seat. Meanwhile, BJP is leading on 42 seats while the AAP is leading on 28 seats in the 70-member Assembly. At least 36 seats are required by a party or an alliance of parties to form a government in Delhi.
