Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday announced formation of a one-man judicial commission, headed by Justice Soumitra Saikia of Gauhati High Court, to probe the death of singer Zubeen Garg. The 52-year-old reportedly drowned while swimming in Singapore on September 19 during North East India Festival. In connection with the case, Garg's manager and festival organiser have been arrested.
