Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said India is least bothered about Pakistan's partnership with China. He said, "Our quarrel is only with the perpetration of terror against us...We'll happily leave Pakistan alone to pursue...development with...China's blessing and help. But not when it comes to terrorism." He added China supplies about 81% of Pakistan's defence equipment, most of which is for attack.
