Lara Dutta's father, LK Dutta, passed away at age 84, on May 31, 2025, few weeks after celebrating his birthday on May 12. The cause of death remains undisclosed. The deceased's family held the funeral at 1PM today at Santacruz Hindu Crematorium in Mumbai. The actress was spotted at the crematorium ground along with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi.
