A man was caught near the area where the Pahalgam terror attack happened last month and claimed the lives of 26 people. The man was wearing a bulletproof jacket, several reports said. When asked about the jacket, he reportedly gave evasive answers. Terrorists linked to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba's offshoot, TRF, had fired at tourists in Pahalgam on April 22.
