RCB have challenged Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)'s remarks blaming it for the June 4 stampede that killed 11 in Bengaluru in Karnataka HC. The RCB stated that CAT made the observations without giving it an opportunity to present its defence, 'violating principles of natural justice'. The CAT had absolved police and observed that RCB created "nuisance without any prior permission".
