The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned finfluencer and Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy founder Avadhut Sathe, along with his academy and director Gouri Sathe, from the securities market. Furthermore, it ordered the impounding of ₹546 crore. The regulator said this money was collected through an unregistered investment advisory activity that misled thousands of retail investors.
