The Delhi High Court said the Delhi Public School, Dwarka, deserved to shut down after it confined students in a library and stopped them from attending classes over fees. "Inability to pay fees does not give the school the licence to treat students with such indignity," HC said. The parents claimed their children were harassed over non-payment of unauthorised fee.
