A Sweden-based Indian techie claimed a two-hour delay on IndiGo's Ranchi-Delhi flight led him to bear ₹50,000 loss over rebooking of his Delhi-Copenhagen Air India connecting flight, hotel stay and one day's loss of pay. "I begged...IndiGo...for compensation, nobody helped...I lost faith in IndiGo," he said. He added Air India claimed compensation concerns IndiGo as their flight was delayed.
