Supreme Court ruled that a woman is entitled to claim maintenance from her second husband, even if her first marriage wasn't legally dissolved. It said if the woman and her first husband mutually agreed to separate, absence of legal divorce doesn't prevent her from seeking maintenance from second husband. "Right to maintenance...is...a legal and moral duty owed by...husband," said court.
