A Bihar court has issued a notice to CM Nitish Kumar folllowing a petition in court seeking action against him after he was seen speaking during National Anthem at an event. "We have been taught to respect the national anthem since we were kids, that when it's being played, we shouldn't fidget, make movements," the petitioner's advocate said.
